The clear water from the Cairngorm mountains has run through the Fettercairn estate for centuries, originally powering the mill that once stood where the distillery now stands.

Now it cascades over our stills, our copper cooling ring drawing out a light, tropical character before our spirit is matured.

Fourteen years in American white oak ex-bourbon barrels allows that spirit to mellow, and the result is an expression that centres the ripe and fresh side of Fettercairn's signature style.
