The 11th June 1966 was a particularly beautiful day at Fettercairn. Clear skies, bright sun, and a pleasant 18 degree temperature hinted at a glorious summer, after a particularly cold winter. Few could have known the spirit distilled that day would sit in cask for over 50 years.
The essence of Fettercairn, this truly exceptional Single Malt Whisky has been aged in American white oak ex-bourbon barrels and finished in a Tawny Port pipe Cask No.1.
Non-chill filtered, natural colour and bottled at 47.9% ABV.
